Dead Men Can't Talk; Especially Plaintiff's in a Federal Court Police Wrongful Death Civil Rights Claim

Indeed, its axiomatic, to say, even federal courts themselves have noted, inside of such rarified police shooting citizen cases, dead men don't talk...

In the case of Alfred Sanders, what happened from the moment he entered the back alley on Chicago and 34th street in Northwest Minneapolis and whether or not, a private security guard
who claims he did not have a weapon drawn, says he was almost struck, 'triggering the furtherest
away cop, from the sander's car, to shoot at the car, despite a fellow office so close to the driver's side windown she could both hear and see the actual bullet entering the driver's windshield...

and the private security guard, somehow, unarmed, winds up 85 feet down range by the time comes to a halt less than 6 seconds later, from where he was first supposedly almost struck by a
'backing up' sanders vechicle...

that moment of time, as alleged to have been quite differently set up by a private, eye witness, from 100 feet away down range, will never be known now that the federal courts have adopted the so called "official" account, created sometime after the scene had been cleared, the cops had been briefed for almost an hour by the FOP union and the brass got together and came up with a way to explain this very peculiar shooting....

dead men don't talk....

but as those CSI shows indicate, perhaps the evidence of their murders, so....when its left
behind...

a similar case, in pittsburgh recently tried before a jury after a set of federal judges ruled quite differently on the application of whether or not the evidence of that case ought to have ended up before a jury trial...

this case's verdict, favorable for the family, netted a young policing shooting victims' family almost 12 million...

Alfred's case however, was never heard by a jury by a process called "summary judgment"
in which the great american legal minds have said, that its not legally possible that the evidence of alfred's murder should take up the time and efforst on an american citizen jury, but rather, only the official version shall make it to and before a jury...

thus, the issues of his case, were unlike the young victim in pittsburgh...were concluded AFTER three and half years of pre trial litigation and veyr intense series of depositions and fact gather and aCSI lab review...

all of this ended, with the highest courts in this nation stating that an african american's death by the combined shots of 6 police officers, isn't sufficiently "strong enough" to have a jury decide whether the evidence ought to be heard by such a putative jury or process...

this is the deal...today...w/ our so called modern legal system when dealing w/ modern policing methods that resemble something out of the barbaric past....

and yet all too often right in front of us today...
its so very sad and its an indictment, not on Alfred Sanders and the police only...

but...in fact...on our american judicial system which systematically denies plaintiffs their right to present their evidence before a jury...

and have a people's verdict determine whether or not the case will be heard and tried in an open and public manner, decided by not some elitist, centrist, FOP sucking black robed former federal prosecutor who used to work along side these same officers'a officials...

inside a supposedly very progressive looking city in the upper northwest, the most progressive of all cities, supposedly, in the entire region...

but ..one thing remains...the cops lies, a blood splattered blue blouse of a 23 year veteran local police officer, who herself went mentally ill and became extremely unstable, as a direct result of her participation in this shooting...one of six but the only one who supposedly saw the actual wound damage as it was being so finely created by her fellow workers...

thru an open rear window....

and for this...she paid w/ her own life and career and mental stability...
just like Alfred paid w/ his...actual life...for being off his meds and driving in a back alley
before 8 am w/o a shirt on, on a cold November day in this most modern and progressive
of all american major cities...

and what is left? even the family from Pittsburgh, the young father, says even w/ the kind of award he received from this case, the young life is gone...for good...

and there's no amount of bringing him back...

and all of his friends, and family and brothers...will have only a fading memory of who was...

so it is...w/ Alfred....and his five young children, his closest friends, his mother and his
wife...who is suffering as a result to this day...but braving this world's worst vicisttudes...

having come to the United States, in search of all of its promises and hopes and beauty and dreams,...from the continent of Africa not very long ago...
....
